Island Wampum’s store policies
It is your responsibility to read and understand this information before placing an order.
Due to the handmade nature of my work, my shop is not stocked 24/7. Website restocks happen often which can be previewed on my Island Wampum Instagram or Facebook. Custom work is now being accepted.
Island Wampum has a no refund policy. I do allow for exchanges if you are truly unhappy with you item up to 2 weeks after purchase.
I do not allow returns or exchanges based on wrong size or buyer's remorse. Please know your size and budget and think carefully about your purchase before ordering. If you have concerns about sizing please contact me (firstname.lastname@example.org) before your purchase to make sure items will fit if you know you tend to run smaller or larger than average. If you’ve received your item and it’s too small you have the option to send it back to me to be resized and you’ll be responsible for return shipping.
Two week exchange period allowed for gifts.
All sales purchases are final.
Items tend to ship 1-4 days after your order is received unless otherwise arranged. If you have deadline or event you need to receive your jewelry for, please contact me after ordering (email@example.com). I am not liable for items lost in the mail, although I will gladly do everything in my power to help you track it down. If you need or would like addition insurance on your order please let me know and we can set that up.
Repairs can take some time. They are filed in the order they are received and worked on periodically. You will be responsible for shipping both ways and depending on the severity of the damage additional charge may occur. When your item is ready to ship you will receive and email or text with a link to purchase a shipping label.
